FRHeavy weight canvas like fabric with a heavy coating. It is a common fabric used for direct printing.
Crystal Poplin
Direct print substrate.
FRA premium substrate for durable and medium weight backdrops. Exhibiting excellent translucency this substrate is a perfect match for tours or permanent installations.
Front Lit Vinyl
Direct print substrate.
FRThe vinyl we choose to use is flame retardant and can be used both indoors and outdoors.
Heavy Knit
Direct Print substrate
FRHeavy Knit, a durable and wrinkle resistant textile is perfect for touring backdrops and printed tension fabric structure fronts.
Poly Silk
Dye-sublimation substrate
FRPoly silk is a beautiful, translucent printable textile perfect for window dressings and gorgeous light weight kabukis.
Sharkstooth Scrim
Direct print substrate
FRA scrim is a commonly used piece of stage curtain magic. Due to the scrim fabrics unique capabilities, when lit correctly from the front, a scrim appears opaque. When the front light is turned off, however, and objects behind the scrim are lit, the fabric appears transparent. Sharkstooth scrim fabric, with its rectangular weave is dense enough to provide a digital printing surface and still become transparent when back-lighted, therefore making it an extremely versatile piece of stage scenery.
Vinyl Mesh
Direct print substrate
FRA perfect option for when your printing application needs to be weather resistant, be light weight, offer some wind “transmission” (aka blow-through) and you are looking for a polyester coated material that will offer excellent color accuracy. A wonderful lightweight, flexible, and durable print substrate, our vinyl coated mesh is a perfect material for those tours and projects demanding the highest quality in durability, crisp image detail, and brilliant color. Mesh material is printable on a single side only, is lightweight with low wind flow resistance. Vinyl Mesh is available as both a 25% blow through and a 37% blow through option. The 25% blow through option is the standard in digitally printed outdoor backdrops for the entertainment industry.
