Description: When producers decided to take the seasoned TV program “on the road” they chose veteran touring drapery producer Sew What? Inc to manufacture the fabric scene. By creating a traditional “theatre proscenium” that would “fit in a box” the show was able to bring the look and feel of an intimate space into an arena venue. The softgoods on a busy show such as Dancing with the Stars work as hard as the dancers do……. And so this project required careful material choices and durable manufacturing methods.
